Grand Voyage

grand voyage open betaStatus: Open beta
Release Date: unknown

A new browser-based MMORPG with sandbox features, Grand Voyage’s open beta testing period started on Nov. 6, 2013. Players set sail to trade and battle each other’s ships. The interesting thing is the game’s player controlled virtual economy. Prices of trade goods update every 30 seconds and will rise or fall depending on supply and demand. So if players buy a lot of a particular item, that item’s price will increase. This sandbox feature adds surprising depth to the game.

scarlet bladeFor players 18 years old and above only, this new 3D sci-fi/fantasy MMORPG features lots of beautiful genetically engineered female characters that tend to wear very skimpy clothing. We do not have a full review of this game yet since we think that it is very much a niche game. Leave us a comment if you think we should review it.

Thank you for reading this post. The two most exciting times for an MMO are closed and open best, and, of course, the actual launch date.

During beta testing people get to play a game before its official launch and might even help develop a better game by giving their feedback to the developers. Launch day is fun because there are almost always lots of events and free giveaways.

That’s why we take pains to bring you the best of the new MMO games of 2013.
